Usena Omoh Guriase Nee Aigbonoga (Heiress Omoh) is a certified content writer, book consultant, and human capacity builder.

She is the creator of over 10 intellectual properties, including self-help books, templates, planners, manuals, and video and audio courses.

She is passionate about personal growth, development, and productivity. Through her periodic growth-centered training and teachings, she has helped hundreds of young people live their best lives.

She is the convener of TET Readers Club, a platform that stimulates reading among teenagers and youths through monthly book readings and yearly enlightenment exercises at primary and secondary schools, tagged “Read Right Campaign.”

She is a part-time facilitator with Jobberman Nigeria and holds a degree in Public Administration. She has taken certificate courses on platforms like Jobberman, Alpha Global Leadership Academy, Mike Oladipo Global Institute, Garden City Business Premier School, Poise Graduate Finishing Programme, Personal and Career Development Academy, Udemy, Coursera, and Get Up Youth Africa. She has gained knowledge in general outsourcing skills, human development training, and business entrepreneurship sustainability for women in oil and gas, among others.

As an ardent knowledge seeker, she strives to maximize various opportunities to grow, build capacities, and become productive, encouraging others to do the same. This passion led to the establishment of the School of Productivity (SOP).
