ADEBISI FETUGA SERVES AS STRATEGY & EVENT COORDINATOR FOR WISE WOMEN AWARDS NIGERIA
Prior to her role as Director of Operations with Paths 2 a Department for international Development (Dfid) health program where she was responsible for the supervision of the administration, financial and general management of the programme, she served as the Personal Assistant to the Minister at the Federal Ministry of Health, Nigeria managing cross-functional health related programs in collaboration with supporting donor agencies and partners.
Her project management experience included the design and implementation of various client projects including HR compliance audits, handbook development, job analysis, training, recruiting, and compensation design. In addition, she participated in internal firm projects regarding quality, marketing, system reengineering and business process improvements.
She has a Bachelors degree in Policy and Management from Demontfort University , an Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance Accountancy from the Wrexham Institute of Higher Education and an Ordinary National Diploma from Yaba College of Technology.
She has attended several Management / leadership training.
She is passionate about Christ and an active member of RCCG, Christ the Lord Parish, Lekki Lagos.
She and her husband are blessed with wonderful children.
