At the heart of everything Joy Robinson does is a deep and unwavering passion for people. That passion has shaped her life’s work, both in media and in ministry. From her earliest days as a young graduate stepping into the studios of RSTV in 1992, she brought not just talent, but heart.
Her belief that media is a tool for transformation guided her journey from a Producer to Presenter, and eventually rising in ranks to become the Director of Marketing and eventually the General Manager of Garden City Radio.
Throughout her career, she has used every platform available, both on screen, behind the scenes, and in her community, to amplify the voices of women, champion youth empowerment, and promote values that strengthen families and faith.
Whether addressing an audience or mentoring one-on-one, she is driven by the desire to help people rise into purpose.
Her leadership extends far beyond the media space. She has played pivotal roles in Christian women’s groups in her local churches, where her wisdom, warmth, and integrity have made her a trusted guide for many.
For her, media and ministry are tools in God’s hands, and she remains a willing vessel, using both to inspire purpose, champion faith, and reflect Christ in all she does.
