CHIDERA NATHASHA EZEUGWU

Natasha is a third-year student studying Archaeology and Tourism in the prestigious university of Nigeria Nsukka. She is a dynamic youth leader passionate about youth development and empowerment and has inspired so many youths to aspire for the best and reach their dreams. Recognizing the need for youths to be taught and mentored on basic issues especially Nation building. She has organized success seminars, skills acquisition programmes and other motivational workshops in her University and various secondary schools. She has worked and collaborated with different organizations that provide means for youth empowerment through mentorship programmes and skills acquisition. Through her youth transformational programmes, Natasha has raised over 100 youths leaders who are shaping the future of Nigeria with their God-given potentials.

She is an advocate for the girl-child; and she actively campaigns against early marriages and organizes special classes for educating young girls on how to protect themselves from abuse, sexual immorality and avoid unmwanted pregnancies. She is a recently certified Girls/ Women right advocate from YALI network( Young Africa Leaders Initiative) having passed through the course “Understanding the rights of Women and Girls” .
Natasha is passionate about community development and thus; have collaborated with NGOs in tackling issues such as child poverty and poor meals. She has worked actively with NGOs in feeding programmes for children.

She is the Founder and CEO of Make Girls Initiative, Co-founded Global Change Agents Organization(GCA). She is an active member of Africa Women in Leadership organization(AWLO), A Fellow at Obama’s Young African leaders’ initiative (YALI). An ardent leader, role model and inspiration to many.
