Awoyeba Daughter Jack

Jack, Awoyeba Daughter is the founder of Daughter’s Family Plus Initiative (DAFPi), a non-governmental organization committed to promoting positive family values through media and entertainment, guided by the slogan “Family First.”

Her extensive career in media and acting spans reputable institutions such as the Rivers State Council for Arts and Culture, Rivers State Broadcasting Corporation, and Aso Radio/TV Services in Abuja, where she produced and hosted the show – Family Forum. Her passion for strengthening family systems also inspired her to create and present The Forever Family Show and the Husband Dear Wife Dear series, which aired on select radio stations in Abuja. She is also the visionary behind the annual Couples Yellow Day event, which has positively impacted couples for 14 years going to 15 and Walk For Families in celebration of International Day of Families.

Academically, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Education from the University of Jos, a Certificate in Theatre Arts from the University of Port Harcourt, and is certified in Emotional Intelligence by Mould Africa. Her commitment to family education also includes advanced Marriage Mentorship training from The Institute for Marriage and Family Affairs (USA) and certification from the International Institute of Faith-Based Counseling.

She also received training through the BBC World Service Trust’s Talk Talk Project, worked as a Producer/Presenter as well as served as a Radio Trainer under a DFID-Funded initiative. She continues to consult for a faith-based organization, where she produces and presents impactful, faith-based media content.

A lifelong learner and passionate communicator, Daughter is a proud member of Toastmasters International, the world’s foremost public speaking and leadership organization.
